2.1. Agreement to Terms

2.2. Eligibility & Conduct

Membership is open to individuals 18 years or older. All users must act respectfully, maintain confidentiality where applicable, and refrain from using the platform for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user at our discretion for breach of terms, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of services.


2.3. Services Provided

2.4. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, branding, logos, videos, and templates are the intellectual property of The Hardnox Association. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.

Contributors and mentors grant Hardnox a non-exclusive right to share their content within the ecosystem for educational purposes.


2.5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from use of the website or participation in its services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the relevant service, or the payment of the cost of resupply, at our sole discretion.


2.6. Termination

Membership may be cancelled by you at any time via written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate a member account for violation of these terms or for actions deemed detrimental to the community.


2.7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
